Durable TESLIN® synthetic labels printed on demand, offering resistance to water, tearing and selected chemicals for indoor and outdoor applications. Choose Epson ColorWorks pigment inkjet printing for flexible, full-colour and weather-resistant labels, or an OKI Pro1050 solution for applications requiring a verified BS5609-certified label combination.
TESLIN synthetic labels are suitable for selected outdoor applications where labels may be exposed to water, moisture, sunlight and changing weather conditions. Finished-label performance depends on the printing system, adhesive, application surface and exposure environment.
TESLIN labels can provide resistance to selected chemicals, oils and cleaning agents. Testing under actual application conditions is recommended where labels will experience chemical contact, repeated wiping or abrasion.
TESLIN labels are available in a BS5609 Section 2-certified construction using TESLIN SP700 PR face stock with TSP-1 permanent adhesive. This tested combination is designed to provide durable, long-term adhesion under demanding marine exposure, weathering and temperature conditions.
Choose Epson ColorWorks pigment inkjet printing for flexible, full-colour TESLIN labels, or an OKI Pro1050 solution for demanding applications and specific BS5609 Section 3-certified label combinations.
Order TESLIN labels in shorter production runs and update artwork, barcodes, batch details or product information when required. Print-on-demand production helps reduce excess inventory, outdated labels and unnecessary waste.
Blank TESLIN label stock is converted into finished label rolls locally in Auckland, with custom sizes and roll configurations available to suit compatible printing systems. Local converting supports responsive production, shorter lead times and fast nationwide delivery throughout NZ.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between BS5609 Section 2 and Section 3?
BS5609 Section 2 tests the durability and adhesion of the blank label construction, including the face stock and adhesive. Section 3 tests the permanence, weather resistance and abrasion resistance of the printed information. Section 3 certification applies only to the exact tested combination of label material, adhesive, printer and ink or toner.
Is the OKI Pro1050 TESLIN solution BS5609 certified?
PPG lists a specific TESLIN label construction printed using the OKI Pro1050 as having achieved BS5609 Section 3 certification. The certification applies only to the exact tested combination of TESLIN face stock, adhesive, printer and toner.
Are Epson-printed TESLIN labels BS5609 certified?
Paclabel does not currently represent TESLIN labels printed using Epson ColorWorks printers as BS5609 Section 3 certified. A BS5609 Section 2 certification for a specific TESLIN face stock and adhesive combination does not certify the finished Epson-printed label.
Can I order short-run printed TESLIN labels?
Yes. Paclabel offers print-on-demand TESLIN label production for shorter runs, multiple designs, barcodes, batch details and variable product information. This helps reduce excess inventory and outdated pre-printed labels.
Can I request a printed TESLIN sample?
Yes. Printed samples are recommended where labels will be exposed to outdoor conditions, water, chemicals, alcohol, oils, abrasion or temperature changes. Testing the sample on the actual application surface helps confirm the most suitable printing method and label construction.
